Owner and Founder
Doug began his accounting career in 1974 as a Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service. His duties while working for the IRS included emphasis on corporate tax compliance and audit of small & medium businesses of various forms.
Doug graduated in 1975 from University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1976.
Doug left the IRS and has been in public accounting since 1978, working with various partnerships and affiliations before establishing this firm in 2004. He specializes in business, personal, and estate planning. Doug leverages tax strategies to promote business and personal tax planning to help his clients achieve their goals.
